UMPIRE
UMPIREIf the parties are unable to agree on the amount of the property loss under an insurance policy, the parties may agree to use an Umpire to make a decision on the amount of the loss. If one of the parties agrees with the Umpire, the decision is binding, subject to all terms, conditions and exclusions of the policy.
